I know this is an old thread but no one posted a fix.
I’ve had the same issue today even though the rig was running for awhile.
What I ended up doing to fix it is to change “sreboot” to “sreboot wakealarm 30” in /hive/bin/wd
and /hive/sbin/autofan scripts.
Disabled my miners watchdog and enabled Hiveos watchdog.
Of course if you upgrade you will have to do it again.
How to disable miner watchdog?
Spent hours with this
First change to gen2 if you can
Check your psu change it use the one you allready tested
Third and most important your OC change it use some from popular presets until you get stability
