1060sc wrong temperature and card detection

I have several evga 1060s 3gb. Two of them are “SC”; one detects card temperature very high (pcb only warm to the touch) so the miner crashes eventually. The other fails to detect on hiveos. Is this a known issue when mixing 1060 cards?
