My overclock is -500 Core and 2350 Memory with 130 Power Limit but sometimes i get 61.5mh/s and most times i get 58mh/s without changing anything when i restart the computer
If anyone have any idea of what could be causing it and how to get the 61.5 everytime

Use absolute core clock (core 1400-1450 + mem 2200-2400) PL 135…
test this settings with Trex …
Always stop miner before apply oc on cards…
Indeed coreclock on 1425Mhz. Increase/decrease with steps of 15Mhz. I use gminer instead of trex, gives me better hashrate
Why would you stop a miner to change the OC?
When you happen to get 61.5mh, identify which kernel is that. Set that as your manual set kernel for that card. That might solve the issue.
Remember different miner has different kernel setting and auto kernel selection. So kernel 3 for an example in Gminer isnt the same as Kernel 3 in T-Rex
