This Motherboards make me crazy!!! There is option in BIOS to change pcie speed. Problem was when it was setup to AUTO or GEN1. I change to GEN3 and it’s working. I found 3 different places with pcie speed setting in bios and changed all. Now I can finally start play to reduce power consumption.
