I have 2 new 3090 FE, they are on the same rig and the performance are very different between them with same OC settings, what can explain this?
The one with worst performance is the coolest one!!
How can I solve it?

Mem temp is important, not core temp.
Most probably one card is thermal throttling…

yep, it happens quite often
Been stable for hours at these settings for 3090 FEs will update report on 10th day. Any underperformance of founders edition are likely due to memory thermal throttling. You would need to change out the pads which are worth it in my opinion. I used GELID, there are two versions, I used the harder version of the two.
