BIOS-flash R9-390 cards not workig

When I try flashing my R9-290/390 cards I get this message:
ROM file size is only 131072 bytes, there is something wrong with it, skipping

Even when I try flashing the same bios I downloaded a few seconds ago.
I guess its a easy fix, and with the recent uptrend in mining R9-290/390 cards are quite profitable again.

First at all R9 and earlier cards officially not supported
