I do not know are you paid or not but once you reached 100% of the threshold wait for one or two days for payment.
But if not:
If you are operating in Ethermine pool, you should go to their website, enter your wallet address, go to settings tab and update your payment by changing payment from 1 to 0.1 ETH and change the fee from 40 Gwei to something between 100-to-500 and update it.
If you doing so on HiveOs please check your Stale percentage and keep in mind that it should not be higher than 5% because pool may lock you wallet due to high percentage of stale.
