Been trying to fix this by swapping cards, drivers, hiveos versions but nothing fixed it. It did not turn out to be a gpu problem, but something related to the kernel. I have 4x 3070 and 2x 2080Ti. one of the 2080Ti doesnt work and on boot it gives the error failed to allocate nvkmskapidevice. after some research, this turned out to be a problem within linux. some posts suggested creating an xorg.conf file. I still didnt create it but for anyone with same problem, did you manage to fix it?
