Free-to-use policy question - two accounts, one public ip

I run a company with one under-utilised server room. It is also the room where I have my one mining rig.

A close friend approach me and ask if he could also place his mining rig and he would cover his electric cost + fee to cover other expenses. He has two mining rigs linked to his own hiveos account, and he wants to place in my server room.

My question to the community is - will this violate HiveOS free-to-use policy? There’ll be 3 mining rigs (1 my own + 2 his). Our rigs are linked to our own HiveOS accounts, but all 3 rigs will share the same public IP.
