GPU percentages in Rig Monitor?

Apologies if this has been asked – I tried searching but came up empty.
In the Monitor tab next to each GPU I know there’s hashrate and temp, but what is the percentage? I would assume load, but they are abnormally low (mining Electroneum).

Those are Fan Speed percentages. They are blue if the fan speed is below 50%. 50-75% is purplish, and above that is red.
