GTX 970 drivers

Hi, I am getting an error loading Nvidia drivers with Zotac GTX 970.

dmesg error:
[drm:nv_drm_load [nvidia_drm]] ERROR [nvidia-drm] [GPU ID 0x00000200] Failed to allocate NvKmsKapiDevice

nvidia-info error:
No Nvidia GPUs found or nvidia-smi error

Drivers rev. 440

Any idea if I could use this card? If yes, what may be the issue?

I am running a second card EVGA 2070 Super, which will not run once I added the Zotac.

Update: It looks like the driver is loaded, but I am getting this Bminer error:
Received new job 0x61cc57776dfc651dd2cf2cad452142337afcdf69c4d5240810198d3dde9277a6 (00000000dbe6fece)

UPDATE #2 it looks like the 4GB is the limiting factor to mine ETC. Is there a workaround to mine ETC with a 4GB card?
Thanks,

Alley Cat

Unfortunately 9xx cards has lower the 4G VRAM available
