Help! No CUDA-capable device?

I’m trying to set up a miner for the first time ever. I’m getting an error message:

Unable to enum CUDA GPUs: no CUDA-capable device is detected
OpenCL driver version: 20.40-1147287
No available GPUs for mining. Please check your drivers and/or hardware.
phoenixminer exited (exitcode=8), waiting to cooldown a bit
Skipping miner log rotation due to execution time < 30sec

What does any of this even mean?
Any idea what could be wrong?
I’m using a GTX 1050Ti.
