As I can see miner not installed correctly
try this scenario
Run Hive Shell and execute this sequence of commands:
miner stop
apt remove -y hive-miners-teamredminer-*
miner start
if miner started than problem solved if not than need other scenario or contact support

Same error with cpuminer-opt … in short form - the solution was try an older version.

Tried that, also tried reinstall, custom miner direct from github, check dependencies, fix dependencies and manually making the missing “file” … what did work was remove latest version and use an older version. No idea why one version older does work and latest does not.
downgrade ur HiveOS, that did work for me
