Hive OS showing rig offline

Hey peeps,

Can someone explain why only one of my rigs will intermittently show as off line while the miner site is reporting them up?

It’s only the one rig always, and the flight sheet is identical.

I’ve seen some explanations about changing the statistics server but I can’t see how that would be the fix if the other one is running on the same server and constantly up.

Any help would be appreciated

Edit: I’ve just discovered that I can remote into the stable rig with shell no issues, but the problem rig is not accessible.

Does anyone have any thoughts?
