The problem is that it can be caused by local issues, such as just a disconnect between the agent and your rig to the server. You should be taking care of what is actually happening regardless if you are a paid user or not. Mining isn’t a set and forget operation. It requires constant vigilance and regular maintenance.

My connection is stable, no timeouts with the pool servers, 0 packet lost
Today graphs are again “ok”, even for the holes I mentionned and this happened only with ETC I’m mining on Hive. Nothing to say with ETH I’m mining elsewhere.
Hey Guys I have the Same problem, my rigs are in two different locations and mining different coins but holes appears at the same time for all rigs.
So It is not the pools I really think this problem comes from hiveos server or maybe someone is stealing some blocks but how to know ?
If anyone has an idea to detect any hack let me know !
