Check PCIE bus speed for x16 slot in BIOS. Preferable - Gen2 but sometimes Gen1, auto can help also

On boot i’m getting “Invalid PCI Rom header signature” on the same card
EDIT: nevermind got it working, set all PCIE buses to auto, worked
