I have NVIDIA RIG with 3 x1660 Super around @ each 31.34 MH/s but the LHR MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Hynix GDDR6 · 94.04.46.00.DA Only give me only 38.79 MH/s

Try to set the core clock to 1350 and mem speed to 1800 and let it run. If it stable go up with mem speed in 50 steps. Dont oc all cards at once
Being an LHR card, that’s what you should be getting for ETH hashrate.
The memory clock on hiveOS is not the same as in windows. When ever you see people’s memory clock on windows it will be double on HiveOS.
Try these:
Core: -502 or (1410 to 1450)
Memory: 2000 to 2400
Fan: 90 to 100
