Missing 2fa code but i never activate 2fa!

Hello, can you pls help me, i cannot login anymore, it requires a 2FA code but i never activate 2FA so im stuck at login page

Same issue here. Refresh the page and it takes me to the login page that requires the 2FA code. Have not activated it yet.
