Navi support for REF="" and AGGRESSIVE=""

Hi,
I am running Navi based GPUs exclusively. In different places, like the HiveOS mobile app and the /hive-config/amd-oc.conf, there are references to GPU settings for aggressive overclock and Memory State.

I understand that these settings are mostly to tune the Polaris cards. Is there any relevance for these settings on the performance or overclock settings of the Navi cards?

Unfortunately, these functions cannot be changed on the fly in Navi.
