I’ve seen several posts about booting to black screen. I have a test rig that I have now that I’ve been working on. This even happens on my production rig where the IGPU blacks out after GRUB. Made tons of changes including drives, BIOS settings, and still can’t find a resolution. There are no external GPU’s attached.
Tried:
- Modifying CSM settings
- Modifying UEFI settings
- Modifying 4G settings
- Changing out drives USB for SSD and back again
- Connection ports (HDMI vs. VGA)
I got nothin. Any direction would be helpful.
