Nvidia GTX 1660S OC effects differ from Win10 AB mining?

I’ve been test mining with (3) Nvidia GTX 1660 Super cards on Windows 10 using PhoenixMiner into Nicehash pool. Using MSI Afterburner I OC the cards (CV=0,PL=65,CC=0,MC=850,FAN=90) and achieved 30.5 MH/s per card) with temps between 53-57C.

When I use HiveOS with the same OC settings, my temps go way up to 75-78C

Apparently the settings between AB and HiveOS are not applied the same as I can see.

Can anyone set me in the right direction… I really don’t want to mine in Windows

Remember that in MSI Afterburner PL is procents (65%)

HIVE you must input actual PL in Watts, so this value depends on what GPU is used (65% from 125W = 81.25W) In this case i would try 80W

I always put zero to FAN section in HIVE and let the miner adjust speed. First temps rise but gets lower in few minutes
