Payout tracing

Hi,
My account on Hiveon shows I was paid ETC, but my wallet on Coinsquare shows to funds. This is the first payout for this Farm.

1. Can I trace anywhere the payment and check for errors in the deposit?

UPDATE: According to Coinsquare, they do an “absorption transaction” - not a withdrawal, their system requires 12,600 confirmations on ETC deposits before funds can be credited to my account. This can take approximately three days. Once the transaction reaches the required number of confirmations, the funds will be deposited.

I am not sure of this applies to BTC only.
