If I want to lower the GPU temperatures, what values ​​should I change?

Currently I have a rig with 12 GPU RX 580 8GB SAPPHIRE PULSE and they reach me between 60-64c ° and I would like to lower the temperatures.

Could run core & mem voltages at 850.
Adjust smart fan target temp down…see where fans run at 100% then go up a degree or two…Those Sapphires normally have good cooling…especially the intros…
