I have had issues’ with 2FA and need to get it reset .
I put a ticket in with support and got this email.

Please send the following information to reset 2FA:
- your login, name, email account in Hive OS (required)
- wallet address in Wallets (main if several), number and names of rigs
- Last external IP address and time of successful login
You say send my information to reset 2FA Is that an email address or link? What is Reset 2FA? Thank you for the update or clarification
