Hi there, my rtx 3090 fro zotac only draws about 272 Watts. I have no PL set. Its also watercooled, so overheating is definetly not teh problem. got the core to -200 and mem to +2200 and it still only sits at aroudn 110. MHs. Is this a LHR version xd ?
use a locked core instead. are you thermal throttling?
run nvidia-smi -q and paste the output here
