I have 9 of those shitty 3060ti lhr Hynix and touching the OC make them crash real bad.
After doing extensive research. Hynix meme works best with a lower mem.
You will be able to hit 55mh/s on CFX > but def not 60. Sorry.
A few settings that works depending on the quality of your card.
Best one and stable one :
54-55mh
Core 1400
Mem : 1700
Wats : 170 (adjust 160-175 depending on cards)
52mh but much much more stable
SAFEST setting
54-55mh
Core 1400
Mem : 1500
Wats : 165
anything pass 1700 crashes over time. your LA just can’t take it.

I added one of these cards to my rig and it keeps the rig from loading like half the time, i think i’m just going to trade this for another 3060 ti
This GPUs are terrible, the worst i ever had, anyway after hours and hours of overclock settings i found a stable combination to have 40/41mhs mining ETH

MEM: 1800
PL: 130

did you update the dtivers?
Anyway every VGA is different, mine is an MSI, you should keep trying with diferent settings.
