Some kind of internet error

Hello, I have a new rig with a fresh install of HiveOS and I’m getting this error I’ve never had before on the other rigs.
My internet is working fine and I’m using an ethernet cable. I tried ping but no connection.

Also my setup is:
TUF Gaming Z390-Pro motherboard, 2x RX 390 Gaming X Trio, I3 9100F

Hi,
Network problem…maybe your router does not provide ip address… turn to static ip with dns 8.8.8.8 and check connectivity with ping to pool…
