Someone help I have a XFX Vega 56, Hynix memory and I have been trying everyone’s straps and my card is crashing, what should I do?
This is what I have before I apply the straps

So what should I do, or what straps should I use?
Please read just a few posts up where I explained that those Samsung straps won’t work on Hynix.
When you see RCDRD 12 it’s most likely Samsung.
Hynix RCDRD can only go as low as 16 or maybe 15 or even 14 if you’re very lucky.

When the rig reboots the memory tweaks are back to stock correct? And then you will need to re-run the amdmemtweak command?
Hello, very good post, it opens an interesting option for me, I have 3 rx580 and 2 vega 56. I have seen how to execute the command and how to do it only for two cards, the question would be, if it works badly, how does it return to how it was before? Thank you

I have 8 Vega 64 (Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 8176 MB · AMD/ATI Samsung HBM2 · 113-D0500100-104)
They doing 41MH without AMDMEMORYTWEAK. With AMT it goes to around 47MH.
I am trying to flash them to Vega 56 in order to get 55MH as other miners here are getting.
But I am not able to find matching Vega 56 Bios to flash.
Though from VGA Bios Collection | TechPowerUp
I flashed with all 3 bios one by one
Miner only works with stock settings. Once I do OC then miner does not start mining nor gives any error. If i clear OC settings then after rebooting it start mining at 38MH with default settings.
I am not able to do anything except going back to vega 64 stock bios.
Any advice would help and appriciated.
I have it working on 2 Hynix cards
Sapphire is problematic, thats for sure. Have one, and for now I’m testing straps.

I would tell you to try my straps, I think you can do better at that 970 mem
Hello, I am new to mining, I tried multiple things, but I still get 43,5 mh/s on my Vega 56, it’s a MSI Airboost… Also often when I change the settings, it won’t recognize the Vega 56 a couple times, so I have to reboot it like 3 or 4 times, is this normal?
is your card stable with these settings? with these core, V and MEM settings? Have you tried applying the straps?

try these
it means you are oc cards to much. lower the settings and it will work. some samsung vega 56 just dont work with these straps. for ex: one of my vegas just runs at 870 mem stable.
